객실 정원 외 추가인원이 있을 경우나 체크아웃 시간 이후에 퇴실하시는 경우 별도의 요금을 부담하셔야 합니다.

- 1인 인원 추가비 10,000원(부가세포함/현장결제/7세이상)

* 노쇼(No Show)는 예약된 숙소를 이용하지 않는 경우로 당일 취소와 동일하게 적용해 숙박요금이 100% 정상 청구됩니다

- Cancellations made more than 7 days from the check-in date will receive a 100% refund of deposit paid.
- Cancellations made less than 2 days from the check-in date will receive a 60% refund of deposit paid.
- Cancellations made less than 1 days from the check-in date will receive a 40% refund of deposit paid.

* If the room you are booking is labeled as non refundable, non cancellable or similar, all cancellations will incur a 100% charge, regardless of the date in which the cancellation is requested.

- 미성년자는 부모님 동반 시에만 투숙이 가능합니다.
- 애완동물은 입실을 금하오니 이점 양해 바랍니다.
- 이용시설의 분실 및 훼손의 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.(안내책자에 표기된 가격기준)
- 이용자의 귀중품 분실시 그 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.

- Children under the age of 19 years are not permitted to stay at the hotel.
- Pets are not permitted at the hotel.
- The users have resonsibility for loss or damage of hotel.
- Loss of items that are not secured in the hotel safe, or for losses incurred when rooms are not locked.
